Vegan Korean Gochujang grilled asparagus
Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 bunches green asparagus
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 tablespoon paprika powder
1/2 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
For the sauce
1/4 cup vegan gochujang sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoon sesame oil
1 garlic clove, minced
2 teaspoons sesame seeds (black or white)
Instructions
1. In a small bowl combine gochujang sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic and sesame seeds. Mix and set aside.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet and add asparagus. Season with chili powder, paprika powder, chili garlic sauce and salt. Stir-fry asparagus. Serve with sauce and steamed rice. ENJOY!
