Vegan Chia Pudding with Berry Delight

Vegan chia pudding topped with nice cream. This berry delight is so fresh, super easy and so creamy. Works perfectly with other fruits as well. 







The Recipe

Vegan chia pudding with berry delight

Ingredients

For the chia pudding

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 cup plant-based mil (I used coconut milk)

sweetener to taste

For the berry delight

1 frozen banana

3/4 cup / 180 g mixed berries

1 tablespoon nut butter (I used cashew butter)

1 tablespoon maple syrup

2 tablespoons plant-based milk

Instructions

1. Combine chia seeds, plant based milk and sweetener of choice to two glasses. Put into fridge for at least 4 hours and stir again after a while.

2. Combine banana, berries, nut butter, syrup and milk in a blender and mix until smooth and creamy. Scoop over chia pudding and ENJOY!
