Vegan Brownies With Marshmallows

My day just got a little bit sweeter with these vegan brownies with marshmallows. Every bite of these brownies is melt in your mouth delicious. So chocolatey and the marshmallows make them extra special. 




The Recipe

Vegan brownies with marshmallows

Ingredients

1/2 cup / 70 g all-purpose flour

1/8 cup / 10 g dark baking cocoa

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

3/8 cups / 80 g sugar

3 tablespoons / 30 g cornstarch

2 tablespoons / 30 ml plant-based milk (I used full-fat oat milk)

4 tablespoons vegan butter, softened

3.5 ounces / 100 g good quality dark chocolate, chopped and melted

2 vegan marshmallows, sliced

1 tablespoon vegan mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 °F / 180 °C.

2. In a bowl combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder and cornstarch. Add oat milk, softened butter and melted chocolate. Mix until smooth. Transfer to a 7-inch (18 cm) baking form. Top with sliced marshmallows and chocolate chips.

3. Bake for about 25-35 minutes, until center is almost set. Allow to cool, slice and ENJOY!
