Vegan Chocolate and Peanut Fudgsicles

Ready for the most delicious treat? These vegan chocolate and peanut fudgsicles are made with healthy ingredients. They are packed with fiber and proteins. Dates add natural sweetness and nut butter makes them so creamy! YUM!




The Recipe

Vegan chocolate and peanut fudgsicles (makes 4 popsicles)

Ingredients

1/2 cup / 80 g of pitted dates, soaked in water overnight

1/2 cup / 120 g peanut butter (sub in any other nut butter you prefer)

1/2 cup / 120 ml coconut cream

1/4 cup / 60 ml plant-based milk (such as oat, almond or soy)

3 tablespoons dark baking cocoa powder

Instructions

1. Soak dates overnight in water. Drain them ans add them with all the other ingredients to a high-speed blender and mix until smooth. Spoon the mixture into the popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours. Decorate them with dark chocolate and freeze dried fruits if desired. ENJOY!
