Vegan Fluffy Apple Cinnamon Monkey Bread

Starting into the day with this warm and fluffy vegan apple cinnamon monkey bread is the best you can do! The dough can be prepared the night before and then baked the next morning! So comforting and satisfying!








The Recipe

Vegan fluffy apple cinnamon monkey bread

Ingredients

3 1/4 cups / 400 g all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon active dry yeast

1/4 cup / 50 g sugar

1/4 cup / 60 g vegan butter

1/2 cup plus 1/3 cup / 200 ml of plant-based milk (I used oat milk)

1/2 cup / 70 g chopped apples (without skin)

1/4 cup / 50 g vegan butter, melted

1/2 cup sugar / 100 g and 2 teaspoon cinnamon for dusting 

Instructions

1. In a bowl combine flour, yeast, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup vegan butter, plant-based milk and chopped apples. Knead by hand until smooth. Let rise for about 1,5 hours or overnight.

2. Preheat oven to 350 °F/ 180 °C.

3. Lightly grease a bundt cake baking pan. Form small balls out of the dough and roll them first in the melted vegan butter, then in the sugar-cinnamon mix, before placing them in the baking pan.

4. Bake for about 45 minutes. Let sit for a few minutes before removing from the pan. ENJOY!
