Vegan Easter Bliss Balls
Ingredients
For the chocolate hazelnut bliss balls:
5.3 ounces / 150 g hazelnuts
4 dates, pitted
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons light agave syrup
dash of cardamom
For the raspberry coconut bliss balls:
3.5 ounces / 100 g cashews
3/8 cups / 30 g coconut flakes
3 tablespoons light agave syrup
3 tablespoons crushed freeze dried raspberries
3 tablespoons dried sweetened cherries
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients for the chocolate bliss balls in a food processor and mix until smooth. Form balls (or "eggs") and roll in chopped hazelnuts (optional).
2. Combine all ingredients for the raspberry balls in a food processor and mix until smooth. Form balls (or "eggs") and roll in crushed raspberries (optional).
3. Store in an air-tight container. ENJOY!
