Vegan Peanut and Chocolate Chip Bread

Take your PB&J sandwich to the next level with this vegan fluffy peanut and chocolate chip bread! Because we all deserve more than just a boring sandwich! This soft and sweet brioche bread is packed with chocolate chips and peanuts. Serve with creamy peanut butter and your favorite jelly and you get the most delicious and satisfying breakfast sandwich ever!











The Recipe

Vegan peanut and chocolate chip bread

Ingredients

1 LB and 1/2 cup / 610 g all-purpose flour

2 teaspoon active-dry yeast

1/2 cup / 100 g sugar

dash of salt

1/2 cup / 110 g vegan butter, at room temperature

1 cup / 240 ml oat milk (sub in other plant-based milk)

1/4 cup / 45 g chocolate chips

1/4 cup / 45 g peanuts

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients for the dough and knead by hand until smooth. Let rise for about 1,5 hours. Lightly grease a baking pan and transfer the dough into it.

2. Preheat oven to 350 °F / 180 °C. Bake for about 45 minutes.

3. Allow bread to cool down before you remove it from the pan. ENJOY!
