Vegan Chocolate Milk Rice Pudding

Extra creamy CHOCOLATE MILK RICE PUDDING, hinted with chocolate and topped with fresh berries. This one is a huge favorite of my kids and it's HEALTHIER than your average chocolate dessert! You can serve it with berries for breakfast or load it with some chocolate sauce to enjoy it as a dessert.









The Recipe

Vegan chocolate milk rice pudding

Ingredients

1 cup / 200 g white rice


4 cups / 1 liter of plant-based milk (or more if you want it even more creamy!)


2 tablespoons dark baking cocoa


2 tablespoons sugar 


vanilla extract

Instructions


1. In a medium pan combine rice, plant-based milk, cocoa powder and vanilla. Cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes. Then cook for another 10-15 minutes on low heat until rice is soft.


2. Add sugar. Serve with fruits or any other toppings you like.
