The Recipe
Pizza bianca (white pizza); makes 2 pizza
Ingredients
610 g / 21.5 ounces bread flour (sub in all-purpose flour)
1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 3/4 cups / 410 ml luke warm water
1 teaspoon salt

olive oil, semolina flour, fresh herbs (such as thyme and rosemary) and salt
Instructions
1. In a bowl combine flour, yeast, water and salt. Knead for a few minutes until smooth. Place dough into a bowl and drizzle generously with olive oil. Allow to rise for at least 2 hours at room temperature.
2. Preheat oven to 470 °F / 245 °C.
3. Line two baking trays with parchment paper and cover each with about 1/8 cup / 20 g semolina flour. Divide dough into two equal pieces and using your hands, slowly pull the dough apart into a rectangle, about 20 x 30 cm / 8 x 11 inches. Place on the baking trays, drizzle each with about 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons semolina flour and season with salt and fresh herbs.
4. Bake for about 10-12 minutes. Drizzle with more olive oil, if desired and ENJOY!
