The Recipe
Vegan tropical mango and pineapple sorbet (about 2 servings)
Ingredients
1/2 frozen pineapple, chopped
1 cup / 250 ml frozen mango chunks
2 frozen bananas
1 tablespoon maple or agave syrup (optional)
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Scoop into bowls or jars. Decorate with fruits or coconut, if desired. Serve and ENJOY!
