Vegan Cheesy Kale Chips

How do I get my kids to eat their kale? I'm making crispy cheesy kale chips. And it works. Yeah, it's like addicting! This is such a delicious and healthy way of snacking! 






The Recipe

Vegan cheesy kale chips

Ingredients

150 g fresh kale leaves, roughly chopped

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1/2 teaspoon paprika powder

1/4 cup / 30 g of vegan parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

1.8 ounces / 50 g vegan cheddar, grated

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Instructions

1. In a bowl combine all ingredients . If you have an air-dryer preheat to 400 °F. Fry kale for about 5 minutes until crispy. If you are using an oven, preheat to 275 °F / 140 °C and bake for about 20 minutes or until crispy. Watch kale because it can burn easily.
